With accordance to the evaluating theory and criterion, and based on network database, this paper studies out an evaluating system of web-based course of TCSL, which is aiming at fixing present problems occurred in web-based course of TCSL.

• 针对目前对外汉语网络课程存在的诸多问题，本文根据有关评价理论及标准，拟定了一套基于网络数据库的对外汉语教学网络课程评价系统。
