We measured the rattle noise of AEOLUS EQ2D140 diesel truck gearbox at idling, revealed the noise is caused by collision between the teeth of constant mesh gears, and suggested a structural approach for reducing the collision and the noise 3 dB(A).

• 本文在消声室内测试了东风牌EQ2D140柴油车变速器的怠速噪声,判明了该噪声是由变速器常啮齿轮的齿间敲击产生,提出了缓和此轮齿间敲击从而降低了变速器怠速噪声3dB(A)的结构措施。
