We have made up an eukaryotic (Pichia pastoris) expressive vector (pPic9k-DCN). After the linear recombinant vector was introduced into HIS~-/GS115 cells,we have selected positice clones against G418(4mg/ml)and confirmed by PCR.

• 构建了真核表达载体pPic9k-DCN，并将酶切线性化的重组载体转入酵母菌HIS~-/GS115后，筛选出了抗高浓度(4mg/ml)G418的阳性克隆，并用PCR法进行了鉴定。
