We established the determination method included determination of the content of squalene with Thin Layer Scanning Method and determination of the content of taurine by Pre-column derivatization HPLC in Polyrhachis vicina Roger first time.

• 本文首次采用薄层扫描法建立了角鲨烯含量测定方法，采用柱前衍生化HPLC法建立了拟黑多刺蚁中牛磺酸含量测定方法，为蚂蚁及其制剂的质量控制提供了依据。
