We establish the animal model on open wound of eyeball with hypotony and examine ERG in different time, observe the apoptosis in the retina, provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment.

• 本研究拟建立开放性眼球损伤低眼压动物模型，在损伤后不同时间点检测视网膜电图的表现、观察视网膜各层细胞凋亡的情况，为治疗开放性眼球损伤引起的视功能损害提供实验依据。
