Treatment with aspirin for 72h after partial hepatectomy,it was found that the mortality of rats increased,ALT level elevated,and the structure of liver tissue destructed significantly due to CCl 4 intoxication.

• 肝切后连续给予阿斯匹林（50mg/kgB?W?ip）以阻断体内PG的合成，72h后用CCl4（50%25，与豆油混合）染毒大鼠，阿斯匹林处理组较对照组大鼠死亡率显著增加，血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶显著升高，肝组织损伤程度加重。
