To study the neural mechanisms of radicular pain, a mechanical allodynia model was established by a partial dorsal rootlets injury (DRI) of left L_5 dorsal root.

• 本研究用选择性L_5后根部分结扎损伤(DRI)的方法建立了大鼠根性痛模型，通过行为学与电生理学等方法来探讨根性痛的发生机制，拟解决的主要问题如下：(1)部分后根损伤大鼠模型的慢性痛表现特性及其交感依赖性? (2)根性损伤诱发初级感觉神经元的功能异常是否与外周神经损伤引起的不同?
