To study the function of this gene on carcinogenesis in NPC, BRD7 gene was transfected into HNE1 cells low-expressed BRD 7 by using liposomes and a stable cell line over-expressing BRD7 was established.

• 为进一步研究其可能的作用机制 ,通过脂质体转染方法 ,将BRD7基因导入NPC细胞株HNE1细胞中 ,采用蛋白质组技术研究该基因对鼻咽癌蛋白质表达谱的影响 ,从而考察该基因在肿瘤发生发展中的地位和作用。
