Through direct induction of adventitious buds, stems, leaves and leafstalks were used as explants to establish a rapid and effective technique system of tissue culture of Rieger Begonia.

• 本试验以丽格海棠(Begonia×Elatior)叶片、叶柄及茎段为外植体,通过培养直接诱导不定芽的形成,继而进行增殖培养,最后诱导生根、炼苗移栽,以便建立快速高效的丽格海棠组织培养技术体系。
