Three genotype (AA ,AB, BB)were discover in GDF-9exon1.The frequency of AA was 47% in Liao Ning cashmere goat. In Nan Jiang meat goat, the frequency of genotype BB was 38%, the frequency of genotype AB was 38% was 49%.

• GDF-9exon1检测发现2个品种均存在三种基因型,辽宁绒山羊AA型频率为47%25,南江黄羊BB型频率为38%25,南江黄羊的AB型频率为49%25。
