This work presents an innovative design and fabrication of phononic crystals integrated with two sets of interdigital (IDT) electrodes for frequency band selection of surface acoustic waves (SAW).

• 本文旨在使用新颖方法，设计并将微米级的周期性介电质结构(声子晶体)与一组叉指状电极表面声波元件整合制程，电磁波通过声子晶体时由于反射波对入射波造成干涉，发生所谓的频沟现象，阻挡在某些频率振荡之电磁波通过。
