This study was therefore undertaken to determine flagellin in serum, BALF and lung homogenate of rat after cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), and evaluate the relationship between flagellin concentrations and ALI induced by sepsis.

• 目的 本实验旨在采用盲肠结扎穿孔(cecal ligation and puncture,CLP)所致脓毒症诱发的大鼠ALI模型,观测脓毒症肺损伤大鼠鞭毛蛋白含量的变化,来探讨脓毒症肺损伤时鞭毛蛋白含量变化与肺损伤发生及损伤程度的关系,为阐明ALI发病机理及其防治提供理论及实验依据。
