This paper studies several synchronous sampling methods and data processing algorithms and put forward a method which combines the GPS and the phase locked loop(PLL) to realize synchronous sampling.

• 本文从实用的角度研究了目前几种数据同步采样方法和采样数据处理算法，提出了利用GPS与锁相环相结合的方法来实现电网数据的同步采样。
