This paper reported the study on the extraction by leaking,the isolation by column chromatography and quantitative determination of oleanolic acid in Chinese quince by TCL-densitometry.

• 用渗漉法对木瓜中的齐墩果酸进行了提取,用层析柱法对提取物进行分离,方法较简便。并以标准品作对照,采用薄层比色法对其进行含量测定,该法操作简便,结果稳定。
