This paper put foreword and make an overview for the enter- prise strategic information sys- tem issue,and then make a fea- sibility study for its development and application in China.

• 本文首先提出了企业战略信息系统问题并综述了国内外学术界的发展现状,然后就企业战略信息系统在我国的发展机遇问题进行了分析与论述,最后得出了“企业战略信息系统在我国的开发与应用现在是恰当其时”的结论。
