This paper get mathematics model of optimal design of arbor with optimal object of minimum weight of arbor,and set up constraint condition by strength,stiffness and technical requirement of arbor.

• 本文以镗刀杆质量最轻为优化目标，根据镗刀杆强度、刚度和工艺要求建立约束条件，得到镗刀杆优化设计的数学模型。
