This paper establishes a rational calculation model according to the construction of high speed powet cars,calculates riding index and wheel-rail dynamic interaction with their estirnation criterion level of the high-speed power car.

• 本文根据高速动力车的结构，建立了合理的计算模型，用随机响应方法计算了高速动力车的平稳性指标和轮轨动作用力，介绍了平稳性和轮轨动作用力的评价标准，对高速动力车的运行平稳住和轮轨动作用力水平作出了评价。
