This paper described development technique of PSTN speech information query and service system based on PC/MODEM model, especially discussed how to implement the speech communication by VB Communication Controller and modem voice AT command.

• 以AirVoice为例，介绍基于PC/MODEM的PSTN语音信息查询服务系统的开发技术，对PSTN语音信息查询服务系统的结构、类型、功能以及开发中的关键技术进行了说明，重点讨论了利用VB串行通信控件和MODEM语音AT指令集实现PSTN语音通信控制的技术实现方法。
