This paper deals with the design and its sharpening calculating method of three types of gear chamfer tools. According to the accuracy formula ,a good machining result has been obtained.

• 本文就齿轮倒角常见的三种类型（齿轮倒角面的母线为直线、为圆弧、为直线与圆弧）,对倒角刀的设计及刃磨逐一进行了计算,导出了较为精确的计算公式,并在实际应用中得到了验证,取得了较好的效果。
