This paper analyzes the availability of using ARCSDE to manage surveying and mapping data based on the second Songhua river GIS, also introduces the methods of storing data and how to maintain, updata and restore data in SSGIS( second Songhua river GIS).

• 本文以第二松花江地理信息系统为依托,介绍了基于ARCSDE数据库在管理水利测绘数据的可行性,实现的技术路线,分析测绘数据在数据格式系统的存储方式,分层及数据入库的形式等,在入库后对水利测绘数据安全性,更新与恢复等功能进行操作管理。
