This dissertation aims to apply the distributed hydrological model for flood mitigation and runoff hydrograph prediction in ungauged basins.Two major parts are included in this study.

• 由于目前的水文数值模式大多以降雨-迳流演算模式为主，此类模式大多忽略地下水的模拟演算，所以利用此类模式进行模拟集水区非降雨时期的水文情况并不适用。
