This article revises the original nominal anchor argument developed by Thomas D.Willett (1998) and applies it to the case of Taiwan.

• 针对台湾现实的需要，笔者将定锚重新修正，认为修正版是可以找出最优锚定的汇率政策、次优的货币政策、以及最末重要的财政政策。
