Thirty cases of advanced pancreatic cancer were treated with OXA (100 mg/m2 ivdrip for 2 hours on d1) and with GEM (1 000 mg/m2 ivdrip for 30 min d1, d8), and 21 days as a cycle. All of the patients were received the chemotherapy at least two cycles.

• 对30例晚期胰腺癌患者,应用GEM1000mg/m2,静脉滴入30min,d1、d8; OXA100mg/m2,静脉滴入2h,d1,21d重复。
