The synthesis of cyclo(-Ab7-Aib-Phe-D-Pro-) which uses solid phase peptide synthesis with N-Fmoc protection is faild.

• 本论文尝试用固相法氨基酸N端Fmoc保护策略合成cyclo(-Ab7-Aib-Phe-D-Pro-)。 但是最终产物经ESI-MS分析不是目标产物，故改用液相法合成目标化合物。
