The small simple hemangioma was round,the big canverous hemangioma was irregular.Both present low or inhomogenous echogenicity and devoid of capsule.The deep tissues were invaded in 8 tumors.

• 小的单纯血管瘤瘤体近圆形、大的海绵状血管瘤多不规则，均无明显包膜回声，内部回声低而不均，8个瘤体侵犯了深部组织。
