The septic group was divided into 4 groups of 30min, 60min , 120min and 180min after cecal ligation and puncture(CLP). The interference group was givern GC(5mg/kg)immediately after CLP.

• 方法：将36只雄性wistar大鼠随机分为6组，其中6只作为对照，另外30只采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)致脓毒血症模型，其中24只于术后30min、60min、120min、180min时限又分为4组作实验组，另6只于术后即给予糖皮质激素地塞米松(5mg/kg)作为干预组。
