The results showed that under lower CO gas pressure,TiC powders could be synthsized at low temperature with very fine particle size,uniform shape and loose agglomeration.

• 结果表明 ,用微波合成碳化钛粉体 ,当一氧化碳气氛压力较低时 ,可以在较低的温度下合成出合成率高、晶粒细小、团聚较少的碳化钛钠米粉体。
