The results showed that the main component of sugar in flesh tissue of both fruits of own-rooted and grafted watermelon fruit was sucrose and that in mesocarp tissue was hexose.

• 结果表明：嫁接与自根西瓜果实的果肉组织均以积累蔗糖为主，果皮以积累已糖为主，嫁接西瓜果实的糖含量显著低于自根西瓜。
