The results showed that efficacy of 16 isolates among them was higher than 80%, and the isolate 2507 was the best one with efficacy over 95%on the cucumber disease by artifical inoculation after reevaluted.

• 把防治效果达80%25以上的菌株作为初筛入选菌株，结果选出16个菌株进入复筛；然后对其产生的抗生素2507在温室进行防治黄瓜疫病试验和田小区防治小白菜霜霉病试验。
