The results showed both high and low dosage of TCA significantly decreased the fever temperature of rats induced by bacilli endotoxin, peptone and 2, 4-dinitrophenol, it also decreased the concentration of NE, DA, 5-HT and PGE2 in hypothalamus of rats.

• 结果表明,高、低剂量的牛磺胆酸均能显著抑制细菌内毒素、蛋白胨和2,4-二硝基酚所致大鼠的发热体温,显著降低发热大鼠下丘脑中5-HT、NE、DA和PGE2的含量。
