The result showed that because of Si and Ge elements are easily oxidated in high temperature in the process of melting and sinter which influenced the thermoelectric properties of samples.

• 结果表明，在该体系中Si，Ge元素在高温条件下极易氧化，影响试样的热电性能，所以合金熔炼时应充入惰性保护气体，烧结时温度不宜过高。
