The result indicated that content of IgG,IgM,C3,C4 and formative ratio of ERFC and Total rosette in male Game chicken at the age of 60th day was respectively higher 6.3%,10.7%,14.6%,17.5%,40.6%,63.1% than the female,but the IgA was lower.
