The relations were analyzed among clinical symptom, accumulated dose, endoscopic findings of esophagus, pathological changes and the rate of chromosome aberrations and micronuclei with lymphoid blood.

• 方法 对我科收治的放疗照射野包括食管，符合入组条件的病人，采用多种国际上常用的评价方式（RTOG临床评分、内镜评分、食管炎指数）评价急性放射性食管炎，并在不同的累积剂量点观察外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率、微核率，分析RTOG临床评分、累积剂量、内镜下发现、病理改变、外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率、微核率之间的关系，观察各项指标的诊断价值。
