The recanalization rate,curative effect and safety were observed.Results:There were 13 patients with arteria carotid internal occlusion and 3 patients with vertebra-arteria basilar occlusion.

• 结果:经溶栓治疗颈内动脉系统血管闭塞13例、椎-基底动脉系统闭塞3例；闭塞血管再通率68.；75%25；并发无症状脑出血1例；经对症治疗临床治愈。
