The rats were exposed to lead acetate through intragastric administration for 8 weeks.The blood, bone, brain, kidney, ovaries and testis of all rats were extracted in the end of the 8th week.

• 用醋酸铅饮用水染毒大白鼠8周，在第8周末处死全部动物，取血、骨、脑、肾、卵巢及睾丸组织，测定组织中铜、血铅、骨铅含量。
