The purpose of this study was to research the effect of pretreatment extenders and cryoprotective extenders on frozen boar semen and their co-effect.

• 采用6种预处理稀释液对猪精液进行预处理,然后用3种冷冻基础液冷冻保存,研究精液预处理稀释液和冷冻基础液对精子冷冻保存效果的影响,以及其间的配伍效应。
