The proposed technique enables a more appropriate weight matrix to be formed for the network and hence more proper estimates for the unknown parameters, systematic and nonsystematic as well.

• 实验验证台湾一等一级水准网(2001)中有三条测线残留系统误差，且估计水准点高程时受残留之系统误差影响产生偏差，故本文最后提出以附加三个系统参数重新进行平差，以获得较接近真实状况之水准网成果。
