The preservation experiment including three small experiments:In thetrail I , A 4 X 2 factorial design is adopted to test the stability effects of WCC, CCM andsoybean on vitamin ,in condition of different storage factions.

• 贮存试验分三个试验：试验一采用4×2因子设计，研究微囊化氯化胆碱、市售氯化胆碱和大豆磷脂在开口和密封两种贮存条件下对维生素稳定性的影响； 试验二采用3×2×2因子设计，研究微囊化氯化胆碱和市售氯化胆碱在石粉和沸石两种载体预混料中对维生素稳定性的影响；
