The present thesis shows that the RSB based QTL mapping approach was superior to the segregating population analysis in its precision and high-resolution in locating the candidate QTL genes.

• 本文采用RSB方法对酵母乙醇耐受性进行QTL作图，与传统的F2群体作图相比，RSB方法具有高精度、高分辨率定位复杂数量性状QTLs的优点，进而有利于克隆基因。
