The preparation of Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 step edge junctions on LaAlO3 substrates and thire characteristic are reported. At liquid nitrogen temperature, the 9th Shapiro steps can be seen on the I-V curves under 9. 20 GHz microwave radiation.
