The patients consist of recur nosal polyp of 14 cases, maxillary sinustis of 13 cases, frontal sinusitis of 4 cases.

• 术中发现全部患者存在慢性筛窦炎、上颌窦炎；合并蝶窦炎13例，额窦炎4例。
