The party B should handle any claim work that has something to do with this negotiating independently ; undertake the overdue payment ,and carry on compensating to the following economic problem.

• 乙方应独立处理与本协议有关的任何索赔工作，承担货款逾期账款的催收工作，并对此产生的经济问题进行赔付。
