The paper deals with characteristics of oil spills on ice-infested waters,present investigation status of (moni)toring and numerical forecast of the sea ice,monitoring and behavior of oil spills.

• 鉴于目前的溢油模型主要是针对海面溢油的情况,本文提出了预测海底管道出现裂纹和腐蚀形成的小孔时发生溢油的模型。
