The nutrition p arameters and the complications were observed.Results:TSF,AMC,TRF,TLC,DCH,and CD4/CD8 were significantly increased after early enteral nutrition.

• 结果：术后早期经肠营养支持后与营养支持前比较，TSF、AMC、TRF、TLC、DCH、CD4/CD8显著增高，伤口均一期愈合，少数病人出现腹胀、腹泻、恶心，但经调整滴速及浓度后症状可以控制，病人能耐受。
