The mixed transplantations of BM and PBSC was applied in 2 patientswhose ABO blood type mismatched. No hemolytic reaction andpure-red aplastic anemia occurred.

• 2例ABO血型主要不合者，采用骨髓与外周血英文摘要造血干细胞混合移植，未发生溶血反应及纯红再障，血型在移植后23天、26天转为供者型。
