The main complication was CSF leakage.Conclusion The preoperative diagnosis of skull base metastases is diffcult, radical resection is effective, and postoperative complications are not uncommon.

• 结论颅底转移癌少见，临床误诊率高，手术切除为有效治疗方法，对粘连严重、切除困难的肿瘤不强调勉强全切除。
