The localization and morphology of somatostatin (SS), serotonin (5-HT) ,gastrin (Gas) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) immunoreactive cells in digestive tract of Laiwu black goat were studied by immunohistochemical SABC method.

• 采用免疫组织化学SABC法对莱芜黑山羊消化道内5-羟色胺(serotonin,5-HT)、生长抑素 (Somatostatin,SS)、胃泌素(gastrin,Gas)和血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)等4种免疫阳性细胞进行了定位研究和形态学观察。
