The level of blood glucose,serum pota s sium,natrium and calcium were detected and compared with those of 32 children wi th bronchopneumonia.

• 结果:重症肺炎急性期时,患儿有内环境紊乱发生,以高血糖、高血钾、低血钠、低血钙为主,且血糖、血钾的平均值高于对照组,而血钠、血钙平均值低于对照组,有显著性差别。
