The inefficient boiler water pretreatment caused presence of plenty of O_2 and HCO~-_3 in the steam/water cycles. When temperature dropped,O_2 and CO_2 dissolved into the water film on the surface,resulting in acid corrosion and oxygen corrosion.

• 结果表明是锅炉水的预处理不完善导致锅炉给水中存在氧和碳酸氢盐,当换热完毕蒸汽温度降低时,气相中O2和CO2溶入换热器表面水膜中,导致了酸腐蚀和氧腐蚀的协同作用。
