The ground rent, house maintenance fee, comprehensive rental tax, management fee, plus all fees incurred during lease registration and all other fees payable by Party A still shall be paid by Party A.

• 土地使用税，房屋维修费，租赁综合税，物业管理费，本合同办理租赁登记所需的所有费用，以及其他应由甲方支付的费用，仍由甲方缴纳。
